Tournament Terms & Conditions

FC 2026 PS5 Tournament Registration – T&C

1. 50% of the entry fee must be paid before submitting the registration form and send the receipt.
2. The remaining 50% entry fee must be paid at the café before the tournament start time to confirm your slot.
3. All matches will be played on PS5 consoles provided by Gameshaala using the official FC 26 game build.
4. Tournament format, bracket structure, and match schedule will be shared after registrations close.
5. All tournament updates and announcements will be posted on our WhatsApp channel and Instagram page.
6. Decisions made by Gameshaala staff regarding match disputes, no-shows, connectivity issues, or rule violations will be considered final.
7. No refunds will be provided once registration is confirmed and payment is completed.
8. Participants are expected to maintain proper conduct and follow all café rules during the event.
9. Any form of abusive behavior, cheating, intentional disruption, or unfair gameplay may result in immediate disqualification.
10. Players must report to the tournament area before their scheduled match time. Delayed attendance may lead to match forfeiture.
11. By registering for the tournament, participants agree to be photographed or recorded during the event for promotional and social media purposes.
